20071012 Vysehrad
Vysehrad (High Castle) is regarded as Prague's mythical birthplace. Nearly everything on the hilltop was wiped out during the Hussite Wars. It was refortified later and the parish graveyard was converted into a national memorial cemetary. Its location gives good view to Vltava River. It is pleasant and is a popular destination for weekend family outings.
The cubist architecture emphasized the elementary geometric forms, is more of less unique to the Czech Republic, particularly Prague. It's not really artistic in my opinion.
